• Effectively completing a wide range of field tasks, such as property inspections, maintenance completion verifications, occupancy checks and more. • Adapting work methodologies and strategies to best suit the unique demands of each property and task. • Procuring necessary materials essential for successful task completion. • Overseeing tasks throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfillment with relevant documentation • Promptly addressing and discussing any task-related challenges with the Home365. • Ensuring the meticulous execution of assignments as per defined parameters. • Meeting assigned tasks within predetermined deadlines.
