📋 Description

• Establish and grow Backpack Healthcare’s Illinois clinical presence • Provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, young adults, and families through secure telehealth • Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans • Provide individual, family, and group therapy • Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary team members • Provide family education and care coordination • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR • Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families • Deliver culturally responsive care • Carry approximately 15–36 sessions per week depending on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills • Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care • Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms • Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply (bonus, not required) • Weekday afternoon/evening availability, typically 2–9 PM; weekend availability is a plus
