📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create, maintain, and present high-quality client reporting materials for Hello Heart clients, including Fortune 500 customers, highlighting clinical outcomes, engagement, impact, and return on investment. • Summarize and analyze clinical outcomes, feature usage, engagement trends, and data patterns to support client, marketing, and commercial materials. • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Medical Affairs, and other go-to-market teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable analyses. • Define and manage data collection requirements across systems and functions for consistent reporting, analysis, and insight generation. • Use SQL to build, update, optimize, and maintain complex queries and reporting workflows. • Build and maintain robust, interactive dashboards enabling self-service reporting. • Explore data to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities improving client outcomes, business growth, and operational efficiency. • Translate complex data into clear visualizations and presentations for executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners. • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting, improve data quality, and scale reporting through SQL, AI, and modern analytics tools. • Report to the Manager, Data Analytics and collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using generative AI and agent-based tools to improve productivity, automate repeatable workflows, accelerate analysis, and strengthen reporting quality. • 3+ years of experience in SQL, reporting, data analysis, visualization, or a related analytics role. • Advanced SQL skills, including experience building, updating, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries for business reporting. • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools, such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Redash, or similar platforms. • Professional experience supporting client reporting, customer success analytics, go-to-market analytics, value analytics, or business operations analytics. • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience. • Experience working with medical claims data, clinical outcomes data, healthcare data, or digital health data. • Experience with Python, R, MATLAB, or other data and statistical analysis tools. • Experience working with data pipelines or data engineering tools, such as Apache Airflow or Databricks. • Experience preparing executive-ready data visualizations, client business reviews, or customer-facing analytics presentations. • Experience with dbt and modern cloud data warehouses, with the ability to build and maintain reliable, well-documented data models.
