📋 Description

• Develop and nurture Hello Heart relationships with consulting contacts in the assigned region to generate new growth opportunities • Collaborate with sales, channel partnerships, medical affairs, and marketing to advance prospective client opportunities through the pipeline • Coordinate and participate in events with key consulting firm offices in the assigned region • Leverage Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Channel Partners resources to make events successful • Partner with Customer Success to nurture consultant relationships associated with existing Hello Heart clients, support revenue retention, and identify additional prospects • Develop and execute a national strategy for an assigned portfolio of Consulting Houses • Cultivate national relationships and develop strategic partnerships • Drive participation in consulting vendor programs, such as Mercer VIP • Respond to consultant-sourced RFIs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Consulting Relations • Experience at a consulting or brokerage firm is strongly preferred • Relationships with and understanding of firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Alliant, Segal, Gallagher, and Lockton required • Experience with a digital health solution, preferably in a start-up environment • Excellent poise and presentation skills • Strong writing skills • Experience leveraging technology and tools • Experienced using AI tools in your daily workflow • Adept at social selling and networking • "Go-getter", driven to work in a growing company and help enable teams to sell a solution that gets quick results and can save lives • Ability to travel 50% of the time • Candidates must be based on the West Coast
