📋 Description

• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and outcomes for Configuration and Admin • Own how clients and internal operators set up plans, networks, benefit design, pricing logic, overrides, and rules • Own the configuration experience for non-technical and semi-technical users • Define claims management workflows with role-based access controls • Provide self-service reporting and query capabilities for operations and client-facing teams • Ensure permissions, auditability, previews, staged rollout, and change safety • Partner with pricing, adjudication, and member-facing product owners to maintain consistent configuration contracts • Translate client edge cases into durable product rules • Define testing to catch bad setup before downstream failures • Write PRDs and specifications for engineering and QA • Run discovery with Implementation, Client Success, Ops, and client stakeholders • Define success metrics including time-to-configure, configuration error rate, downstream rework, and self-service adoption • Ship iteratively, starting with high-friction paths and expanding reporting • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Implementation, Client Delivery, and domain experts on pricing, quality, and claims logic • Establish product standards for high-stakes changes, blast-radius analysis, downstream validation, and cross-team contracts

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years on B2B platforms, admin/config tools, or complex workflow products • Comfort with systems that have many interdependent entities and the judgment to reason about how one change cascades downstream • Track record of shipping configuration UIs that non-engineers use in production, ideally with validation, environments, audit logs, or staged rollout • Strong written specs and ability to sit with engineering on data-model and edge-case design • Healthcare, benefits, insurance, or claims experience is a strong plus, but owning a comparably complex system counts • Bonus: role-based access, multi-tenant SaaS, or reporting/BI surfaces
