📋 Description

• Provide remote technical support to customers, technicians, and field sales teams for equipment used in practitioners' offices • Triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues remotely • Provide remote repair services, including escalation of advanced or difficult issues • Monitor the Early Warning System, perform trend analysis, contact customers, resolve issues remotely, and schedule field technicians • Follow troubleshooting procedures and recommend solutions to optimize customer experience • Act as an EST Mentor and support, guide, and train new hires and junior technicians • Produce timely and detailed service reports • Attend required career development and manufacturer technical training • Communicate assignment progress to team members and HUB dispatchers • Complete and close work orders daily, documenting calls, work performed, and parts ordered or needed, and submit them for billing • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required • Liaise between Henry Schein, customers, contractors, and EPM

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 7 or more years of related experience • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline (preferred education) • Expert troubleshooting skills • Strong mechanical background • Service and installation experience • Expertise equivalent to a Senior Technician • Ability to mentor other technicians • Lead technician capabilities • Advanced computer skills • Must be cross certified in digital x-ray/software, digital CAD/CAM, or equivalent areas • Oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to work with confidential information • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to manage complex issues, conflict, multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure • Good analytical, problem-solving, time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
