Mountain-Pacific Quality Health is an affiliation of four related corporations dedicated to improving the quality of health care and ensuring the appropriate utilization of health care services. 📋 Description

• Provide client services to assigned groups and organizations • Act as the primary point of contact for communication, contract support, service expectations, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction • Work closely with health care providers and partners to improve care delivery • Support quality data reporting, health information technology adoption, and performance under quality payment programs • Ensure client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction • Meet internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts • Represent Mountain Pacific regionally • Manage project plans and competing priorities • Use health care data to support improvement • Work independently and collaboratively as part of the Quality Improvement team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in health care, quality improvement, provider engagement, or a related field • Strong understanding of health care policy, quality reporting, performance improvement, and provider support • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Ability to represent Mountain Pacific regionally • Ability to manage project plans and competing priorities • Ability to use health care data to support improvement • Comfortable working independently and as part of the Quality Improvement team • Specialty certification and bachelor's degree related to healthcare, quality improvement, or a related field preferred • Must reside in Montana or Washington • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 15%–60% of the time
