📋 Description

• Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices • Provide inspection services, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging full containers for shipment, and other facility inspections • Prepare weekly activity reports via mobile app and work with clients to achieve program efficiencies • Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed • Maintain inventory of inspection supplies • Respond as needed to assist customers during off hours • Take on additional duties assigned to support the team and organization

🎯 Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent (required) • Previous work experience (required) • Previous work experience within a customer service setting (preferred) • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required) • Personal vehicle required • Ability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week, with variable hours • Post-offer drug screen and background check required • Ability to complete all necessary training provided by Arcwood • Ability to receive and maintain credentials to provide service at client locations
