📋 Description

• Service existing clients by taking water tests and maintaining equipment • Assist in maintaining Comprehensive Water Management Programs • Analyze microbiological and water chemistry data • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to client requests • Perform minor maintenance on water monitoring equipment • Take on-site readings using testing instruments, including chlorine, temperature, and pH readings • Collect building water samples for laboratory cultures • Report to the Director of Field Services • Provide service and account management support for clients in a region • Mentor or train peers after becoming fully trained • Travel to client sites, service equipment, and collect water samples • Provide occasional support in other regions

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must live near Alexandria, LA • Background in science, engineering, or mathematics preferred • Ability to learn how to use equipment that measures pH, temperature, and residual oxidant in water • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Self-motivated and directed; “Can do” attitude • Strong desire to learn new concepts • Commitment to high ethical standards and a diverse workplace • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities • Understanding and use of MS Office, Gmail, and various Google applications • Ability to travel to client sites in the region • Ability to walk extensively around client sites, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds • Required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the employment eligibility verification form upon hire
