📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives from charter through go-live, adoption, and closeout • Define project scope, gameplan the work, identify success conditions, and execute projects • Build and maintain realistic roadmaps and one-page schedules • Update plans and communicate revisions to leadership • Surface, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues with options and recommendations • Maintain agreed-to scope and manage change requests, including cost and schedule impacts • Manage outside vendors against statements of work, deliverables, estimated hours, and change orders • Coordinate business SMEs, IT, finance, and operations resources • Provide regular status reports to the Enterprise Solutions lead and business capability owners • Define success measures and confirm expected benefits after deployment • Pick up an initiative already in flight and take on additional initiatives throughout the year • Carry three or four initiatives at different stages by the end of the year • Collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions lead, team members, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, construction management, or a related field - or equivalent experience • 5+ years managing business and process improvement projects • Track record of personally driving initiatives from ambiguity to an adopted result • Experience building a project’s delivery structure, plans, and dependencies • Technical literacy to work with developers, data engineers, and partner consultants without writing code • Ability to follow integration discussions and read data flow diagrams • Ability to evaluate project estimates • Comfortable with Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar work-tracking tools • Skilled with Excel • Crisp written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels • Genuine follow-through and ability to close open items and decisions • This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
