📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and account teams throughout the sales lifecycle • Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, develop account strategies, and identify business opportunities • Design, architect, validate, and position networking, cloud, automation, AI-driven infrastructure, and security solutions • Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, executive presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements • Develop solution architectures, implementation strategies, migration plans, and engineering bills of materials • Own and deliver technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers • Advise customers on data center modernization, AI networking, cloud connectivity, WAN transformation, automation, and digital transformation • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and strategic partners to advocate for customer requirements and influence product strategy • Maintain expertise in industry trends and competitive solutions through customer enablement, technical presentations, mentorship, and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Network Engineering, Consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience • Experience designing, architecting, and delivering large-scale Data Center, WAN, Cloud, and Service Provider networking solutions • Deep expertise in EVPN/VXLAN, spine-leaf and Clos fabrics, underlay/overlay networking, and DCI technologies • Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, Segment Routing, Traffic Engineering, and Layer 2/Layer 3 VPN services • Experience designing and implementing enterprise, cloud, and service provider WAN architectures and cloud connectivity solutions • Strong technical expertise across routing, switching, and network infrastructure technologies • Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders through presentations, workshops, and consultative selling engagements • Experience developing technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs • Hands-on experience with HPE Networking, Juniper, or other leading networking platforms and management solutions • Experience with network security technologies including NGFW, IPSec, DDoS protection, MACsec, SIEM, and Zero Trust architectures is desirable • Familiarity with Mist AI, Apstra, Aruba Central, Paragon, or comparable solutions is an advantage • Experience with AI infrastructure, AI networking, data center modernization, and large-scale cloud connectivity architectures • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform • Experience with virtualization, containerization, Kubernetes, VMware, OpenStack, and cloud-native technologies • Experience with Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs, YANG, and NETCONF • Industry certifications such as JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, CCIE, AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent technical certifications • Willingness to travel as needed
