📋 Description

• Provide direct and ongoing leadership for an organization of subordinate managers and individual contributors designing and developing engineering solutions • Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple projects and programs • Allocate resources and ensure goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets align with roadmaps • Engage with program managers, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders, and executives to communicate status and escalate issues • Guide and influence strategic decision-making • Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers regarding deliverables, quality, schedules, and costs • Identify process improvement and cost-reduction opportunities • Manage hiring, performance plans, coaching, and career development for direct reports • Foster organization-wide performance standards and team and process development

🎯 Requirements

• First level university degree or equivalent experience required • Advanced university degree preferred • Typically 10 or more years of related work experience • 5 or more years of people management experience • Advanced leadership skills, including coaching, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and management • Advanced project management skills, including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Experience managing human capital across geographies • Advanced communication skills; mastery in English and local language • Superior business acumen, technical knowledge, and industry experience in one or more engineering, technology, and product domains • Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills • Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting • Strong understanding of company policies and processes
