📋 Description

• Act as primary technical architect early in complex sales cycles • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions • Architect end-to-end networking infrastructure solutions for data center, AI networking, hyperscale, and WAN environments • Lead solution design and customization, coordinating specialists, systems engineers, and product teams • Deliver demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations • Engage hyperscalers, large enterprises, service providers, and technology partners to co-design solutions • Influence technical strategy through deal validation, solutioning, and initial execution • Ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams • Develop best practices, enablement collateral, and architecture playbooks • Mentor junior technologists and sales engineering teams • Maintain thought leadership in networking innovations and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of technical experience in network infrastructure architecture, design, and solutions consulting • 10+ years of industry experience with JunOS, EOS, IOS, and hyperscale network architecture frameworks • JNCIE or equivalent certification • Deep hands-on expertise with hyperscale routing, MPLS traffic engineering, switching, SDN overlays (EVPN/VXLAN, MP-BGP), Network Fabrics, DCI solutions, provisioning, automation, and monitoring • Familiarity with networking silicon, hardware platforms, and related software including Juniper, Arista, Cisco, SONiC, and Cumulus • SME expertise in x86 virtualization and technologies such as DPDK, SR-IOV, and SmartNICs • Proven success in complex pre-sales roles and ability to build relationships with senior technical and C-Level stakeholders • Programming and scripting experience with Python, APIs, and JSON • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience designing and developing playbooks and delivering demonstrations or live walkthroughs for complex networking products, solutions, tools, and services • Experience preparing RFP/Tender response documents, including RFP compliance, bills of materials, commercial/pricing, and solution documents • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel on short notice
