📋 Description

• Drive CLM adoption and enablement so the revenue team self-serves on standard deals • Own workflow optimization, templates, and playbooks as deal structures and products evolve • Conduct first-pass review and redlining of standard agreements • Draft agreements from templates as volume requires • Build and own structured intake for legal workstreams across the company • Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations to replace manual processes • Maintain privacy registers, AI inventory, and compliance calendars • Train cross-functional teams on self-service tools and escalation paths • Manage outside counsel relationships and the legal tech stack

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management • At least 1-2 years in-house at a tech or SaaS company • Implemented or rebuilt a CLM; Ironclad preferred • Designed intake workflows • Stood up relied-upon reporting • Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements on both sell-side and buy-side paper • Comfortable with AI-assisted legal tools, LLMs, and automation platforms • Willingness to experiment with emerging AI and automation tools • Comfortable operating autonomously in a role with substantial white space • Good judgment about what can be handled independently and what needs a lawyer • Ability to build tools that people actually use
