📋 Description

• Analyze and communicate options to address clients’ business immigration needs • Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients during and after the application process • Provide support with immigration program management and compliance • Supervise and collaborate with supporting staff to ensure applications are prepared and filed correctly • Maintain accuracy for high-volume, rapid-turnover cases • Assist clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process • Prepare and file business-related non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions • Conduct high-level case reviews of work completed by legal support teams • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Valid membership in an applicable Bar association • 5+ years of business immigration experience • Strong knowledge across a broad range of nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2 Treaty Investor, O-1, TN, E-3, and J-1 matters • Strong knowledge of employment-based permanent residence matters, including PERM, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, NIW, and adjustment of status • Significant experience handling complex RFEs, NOIDs, and other challenging case issues • Experience working directly with startups and smaller corporate clients, including advising on immigration strategy as companies grow • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and writing skills • Strong organization skills • Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills • Resume, cover letter, and writing sample required
