📋 Description

• Own the clinical schedule build on its 8-week cycle and ongoing work between builds, including processing call-outs, tracking future PTO requests, and maintaining coverage across operating states • Own sync visit configuration, including provider availability and appointment slots, standard scheduling, and ad hoc call-out updates • Review and approve clinical payroll, including base hours, additional time, and differentials • Support day-to-day operational escalations within a playbook built by the Senior Manager • Support new-hire onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires, including Elation and Quest • Help organize the Operations On-Call rotation schedule • Coordinate clinical scheduling, coverage, and day-to-day operations across states • Work closely with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers • Help build the operational backbone of a new Clinical Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a similar operational/coordination role • Highly organized, with a knack for tracking multiple moving pieces at once: schedules, PTO requests, call-outs, vendor setups • Comfortable owning a recurring, detail-heavy operational process • Detail-oriented and accountable; able to catch issues early and take ownership of work • Able to build trust with clinic managers and cross-functional partners and keep them proactively informed • Energized by the operational and logistical side of healthcare • Calm in the face of complexity across 24+ states with licensing and coverage rules • Comfortable learning and working across scheduling, EHR, and lab-vendor systems such as Elation, Quest, and sync visit platforms • Excited to help build and refine processes as a new team and role take shape
