📋 Description

• Leadership, motivation, and development of a high-performing SDR team through regular 1:1s, training sessions, and call reviews. • Responsibility for achieving ambitious goals in pipeline generation, including SQLs and qualified meetings. • Building, managing, and continuously optimizing scalable outbound and inbound processes. • Identifying, hiring, and onboarding new SDRs in a structured way to ensure sustainable team growth. • Close collaboration with Marketing and Sales to optimize campaigns, ICPs, and messaging. • Analyzing relevant metrics to continuously improve efficiency and conversion rates. • Developing, implementing, and refining playbooks, sequences, and automations. • Active contribution to day-to-day operations through calls, outreach, and advancing opportunities. • Transparent reporting and strategic alignment with the Head of Sales and founders. • Leading by example through operational excellence and active participation in pipeline generation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in lead generation via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. • Ability to analyze and effectively target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas. • Experience crafting compelling messaging that captures attention and converts. • Solid expertise in using multiple channels for effective lead generation. • Understanding of common qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT. • Ability to ramp up and sustainably develop junior SDRs quickly. • Experience setting clear expectations, conducting call reviews, and managing team performance. • Confident handling of relevant metrics such as activities, conversion rates, SQLs, and pipeline contribution. • Ability to identify bottlenecks, make data-driven decisions, and optimize processes. • Experience with CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, or Salesloft. • Experience building structured and scalable outbound processes as well as creating playbooks and sequences. • Strong player-coach mindset with willingness to be hands-on operationally. • Motivation to take responsibility and actively shape outcomes in a fast-growing environment. • High initiative, results orientation, and enjoyment in achieving ambitious goals.
