• You don’t qualify inbound leads by rote, but with sound judgment, structured analysis, and genuine interest in the customer. • You work with inbound leads in both B2B and B2C (e.g., from campaigns, partnerships, or referrals). • You analyze each inquiry in a structured way and prioritize by potential, fit, and strategic relevance. • You conduct initial conversations with owners, decision-makers, and other stakeholders. • You assess which inquiries have real project potential — and prepare them specifically for the sales team. • You are responsible for the quality of your pipeline and thus a central lever of our sales success. • You work closely with the sales team and gain deep insights into the entire sales process.
• Business-fluent German • You work in a structured manner, take full ownership of your pipeline, and aim to deliver above-average results • You build trust quickly and can communicate complex topics clearly and coherently • You want to understand great sales and can accurately identify which inquiries have real potential • Ideally, you bring initial SaaS experience and enjoy working quickly, flexibly, and independently • You work data-driven and hold a completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales)
