📋 Description

• Handle calls on past due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, including third-party servicing and collecting, via phone and mail • Follow all state and federal laws • Assist owners with a general understanding of ownership terms, conditions, and contracts • Perform collection activity in accordance with company and federal regulations • Maintain acceptable delinquency percentages as provided by financial management • Maintain required phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators • Handle correspondence and payments legally, ethically, and confidentially • Maintain detailed and organized support documentation for owner accounts • Request skip tracing • Assist collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required • Help Hilton Grand Vacations Owners and Guests create memorable vacation experiences

🎯 Requirements

• High School/GED • Excellent communications skills • Must meet federal and state licensure requirements • Flexible schedule Monday–Saturday from 8am to 11pm • More than 6 months collections experience or related experience in Customer Services or Sales (advantageous) • Skip tracing experience (advantageous) • Timeshare Industry, Financial Services or Banking experience (advantageous)
