📋 Description

• Handle calls on past due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, including third-party servicing and collecting, via phone and mail • Follow all State and Federal Laws • Assist owners with a general understanding of the terms and conditions related to their ownership and contracts • Perform all collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations • Conduct collection activity to facilitate acceptable delinquency percentages set by financial management • Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators • Legally, ethically, and confidentially handle correspondence and payments received • Maintain detailed and organized support documentation for owner accounts • Request skip tracing • Assist collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills • Must meet federal and state license requirements • Flexible Schedule M-Sat from 8am to 10pm • More than 6 months collections experience or related area (Customer Services or Sales) — advantageous • Skip tracing experience — advantageous • Timeshare Industry, Financial Services or Banking experience — advantageous • Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
