📋 Description

• Review and examine sales agreements and related documents for accuracy and adherence to legal and company policies • Verify financial terms against underwriting guidelines • Confirm title requirements, including vesting, tenancies, and inventory • Redact personally identifiable information and bank/credit card details • Identify missing documents and incorrect contract information • Enter audit findings into Chorus, TSW, and other tracking systems • Receive and validate contract packages and notify sites of discrepancies • Audit contract documents for accurate execution and compliance • Review rescission letters, owner kits, and other correspondence • Document contracts in TSW and run audit reports • Manage daily contract workflow status changes, including rescission cancellations and chargebacks • Prepare contract packages and cancellations for the imaging department • Provide customer service to field offices and corporate partners to resolve document issues • Maintain the minimum average production level set by management • Provide support and vacation coverage for the DSC audit team • Adhere to Hilton Grand Vacations values, standards, policies, and procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and function in multiple computer programs • Ability to produce high-volume work with a high degree of accuracy • Strong communication skills to convey contract issues and resolutions effectively • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with process partners • Willingness to work extra hours when required to achieve company objectives and deadlines • Enthusiastic great teammate attitude • Previous experience in timeshare is a plus • Knowledge of documents required for timeshare closings • Proficiency in MS Excel for crafting and maintaining spreadsheets • Great work ethic and demonstrated teamwork • Dependability and reliability • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a goal-focused work environment • Ability to sit for a full shift, view information on dual monitors, and produce high-volume, accurate work
