📋 Description

• Provide strategic support to recruiting and sales teams • Oversee and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM), ensuring data accuracy and integrity • Develop and manage reports, track hiring metrics, and oversee satisfaction survey distribution • Identify, implement, and refine process improvements • Plan, coordinate, and manage hiring conferences and recruitment-related events • Schedule and facilitate internal meetings and stakeholder engagements • Arrange and coordinate travel logistics • Manage job requisition creation, job board postings, and intake scheduling • Streamline communication, application processes, and interview scheduling • Oversee preboarding activities, including offer letter administration, pre-employment screening, and required assessments • Proactively manage and resolve system errors • Collaborate with recruiting, sales, finance, marketing, and leadership teams • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders • Engage in continuous training with other Talent Operations Specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative, HR, or office management experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills • Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt in fast-paced environments • Experience collaborating across multiple departments and working remotely • Detail-oriented with the ability to define, document, and analyze business requirements • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of leading initiatives effectively • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and as a collaborative team player • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to use hands/fingers for fine manipulation/typing
