📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate projects and workstreams across different business areas • Build and maintain project plans, timelines and action trackers • Track tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks and blockers • Assign and follow up on owners and deadlines • Coordinate work across Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations and other business functions • Manage and track business and operational tickets through resolution • Support Product and Technology delivery, including releases and technical dependencies • Coordinate projects involving external partners, vendors and service providers • Run project meetings and maintain actions, decisions and follow-ups • Identify risks or delays early and escalate when necessary • Provide project updates to stakeholders and leadership • Establish consistent project management processes across the organisation • Support new projects and priorities as the business grows and evolves

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Experience in project management, programme coordination or a similar role • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Strong follow-through and ability to drive actions through to completion • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams • Ability to bring structure to projects where requirements, priorities or processes may still be evolving • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with project management and ticketing tools • Experience managing technology or software-related projects is advantageous • Experience in fintech, financial services, gaming or another regulated environment is advantageous
