📋 Description

• Own and develop the QA approach and processes across the ROLR prediction markets platform • Test new product features against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria • Create and execute test plans, test cases and testing scenarios • Perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing • Test customer journeys including registration, verification, funding, market discovery, trades, positions, settlement and withdrawals • Test user, account and transaction scenarios, including error states and edge cases • Identify, document and track bugs through resolution • Reproduce and communicate issues to Product and Engineering • Re-test fixes and ensure resolved issues do not create problems elsewhere • Work with the Product Owner to identify gaps and ensure requirements are testable • Support integration and end-to-end customer journey testing • Own regression testing and QA readiness ahead of releases • Highlight outstanding issues and product risks before release • Build and maintain QA documentation and regression suites • Support investigation and testing of production issues • Help shape the QA function as the product and team grow

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in QA, software testing or a similar role, with experience taking ownership of QA activities • Experience testing web-based digital products • Strong understanding of functional, regression and end-to-end testing • Experience creating test plans and test cases and documenting defects clearly • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify scenarios others may overlook • Comfortable working closely with Product and Engineering teams • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of product quality • Preferred: experience in fintech, trading, payments, gaming or another transaction-based digital product • Preferred: experience testing products involving financial transactions or real-time data
