📋 Description

• Analyse promotions, bonuses, fee rebates, referral programmes and other customer incentives, including ROI, incrementality, acquisition and retention • Partner with Marketing and Product to define success metrics and measurement plans before campaigns launch and provide post-campaign analysis • Analyse revenue drivers including trading volume, contracts traded, fee yield, market categories and customer segments • Explain movements in revenue and key KPIs and support Finance with forecasting, budgeting and business cases • Conduct customer and cohort analysis across acquisition, activation, retention, lifetime value and profitability • Analyse user behaviour, funnels, engagement and drop-off points to identify customer-experience improvements • Define success metrics for new features and analyse performance following launch • Design and analyse A/B tests and provide recommendations based on results • Research emerging markets, new product verticals and adjacent business opportunities, including market sizing, competitors and regulatory considerations • Build financial models and business cases for new products, partnerships and opportunities • Track developments across prediction markets, exchanges, derivatives and swaps and assess opportunities for ROLR • Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and datasets • Write and optimise SQL against the Microsoft Fabric data platform and help maintain consistent metric definitions • Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them • Turn recurring analytical requests into self-service reporting where possible • Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in strategy, commercial analytics, revenue analytics, FP&A or a similar analytical role • Strong SQL skills • Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation and modelling • Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and large transactional datasets • Experience measuring promotional or marketing performance, including ROI and incrementality • Comfortable with statistical concepts including A/B testing, significance and cohort analysis • Experience building financial models and business cases in Excel • Strong commercial judgement and ability to connect data to revenue, cost and customer outcomes • Ability to take loosely defined business questions, determine the right analytical approach and turn results into clear recommendations • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering accurate analysis within tight timelines • Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report development, data modelling and DAX preferred • Tableau or Looker experience considered • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse or Databricks and Medallion data architectures preferred • Knowledge of financial markets and instruments including derivatives, swaps, futures or options preferred • Experience in prediction markets, financial exchanges, brokerage, sports betting, iGaming, fintech or another high-volume consumer transaction business preferred • Experience working in a regulated environment where data accuracy and auditability are important preferred • Practical experience using AI and LLM tools to support research, analysis and automation preferred • Microsoft PL-300 or another relevant certification preferred
