📋 Description

• Own solution design and implementation for Hightouch's Identity Resolution product • Learn customers' data architectures and determine how Hightouch can meet their goals • Set up customer deployments and debug issues using real data • Advise data, marketing, and executive teams on long-term data strategy • Help configure global identity spines and implement identity resolution solutions • Work with Sales Engineering on pre-sales deals • Partner with Customer Support Engineering and Technical Account Management on post-sales implementations • Serve as the data engineering and analytics subject matter expert across the customer lifecycle • Direct coding agents and expand the repository of agent skills and best practices • Work backwards from customer use cases to IDR rules and data models • Assess data landscape, maturity, feasibility, and gaps during pre-sales • Investigate identity discrepancies by writing SQL against customer warehouses and reading server logs • Explain warehouse-native identity resolution behavior and outcome tables to customers • Identify recurring product gaps and advocate for fixes

🎯 Requirements

• SQL fluency, including Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery • Query performance and data warehouse cost awareness • Ability to reason about identity graphs at scale and architectural trade-offs • Consultative communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Systematic debugging mindset, including forming hypotheses, testing them, and documenting findings • 2–4 years of experience in analytics engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or implementation • Experience ideally in data infrastructure, CDP, or B2B SaaS • E-Verify eligibility to work in the U.S. is verified post-hire • Nice to have: experience with identity resolution, MDM, or CDP products • Nice to have: familiarity with graph data structures and entity resolution algorithms • Nice to have: experience with probabilistic matching or ML-based identity systems • Nice to have: background in data engineering or analytics engineering • Nice to have: comfort with customer-facing presentations and on-site meetings
