📋 Description

• Develop applied AI research techniques for agentic AI marketing applications, particularly image and video • Quickly iterate and develop proofs of concept integrating AI into data and marketing workflows • Design and develop evaluation and improvement systems capable of autonomous advancements • Expand the capabilities of AI-generated video, including making generated humans maximally realistic • Experiment with methods for generating brand assets aligned with a company’s look and feel • Explore, prototype, and apply generative AI methods to help customers grow their companies • Design data processing or machine learning features end-to-end during the interview process • Architect conceptual agentic systems incorporating product, customer, and technical requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong probabilistic and quantitative thinking • Highly creative and experimental approach to LLM applications • Ability to ground work in potential customer and product applications • Strong technical skills, particularly in backend architecture or probabilistic systems • Product intuition • Interest in exploring the forefront of AI • No prior experience with LLMs and AI is required • Ability to architect backend systems • Product sense and creativity with LLMs • Alignment with Hightouch’s values and operating principles • Eligibility to work in the U.S. verified post-hire through E-Verify
