📋 Description

• Lead and manage all Manned ISR sub-project activities taking place in Latin America from a CONUS location • Ensure alignment with HII program objectives, schedules, and contractual requirements • Serve as the central coordination point between HII leadership, deployed personnel, government customers, and international mission partners • Oversee operational planning, readiness, CONOPS development, and integration efforts for Manned ISR mission execution in OCONUS environments • Manage cross-functional collaboration with HII engineering, logistics, operations, and intelligence teams, as well as OEMs • Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with quality standards, security policies, and mission assurance requirements • Support stakeholder engagement and provide clear, timely communication • Deliver recurring updates to senior HII leadership and customers • Ensure regional operations comply with U.S. Government policies, international agreements, and country-specific operational limitations • Improve processes, sustain partnerships, and anticipate operational needs

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience • 8+ years of experience in ISR operations, defense program management, or mission support • Experience overseeing OCONUS mission execution from a CONUS environment, including coordination with deployed teams and international stakeholders • Strong knowledge of manned ISR platforms, sensors, mission systems, and operational employment • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex, geographically dispersed activities • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills • Must have a valid U.S. Passport • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI • Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (desired but not required) • PMP, DAWIA PM, or similar certification (preferred) • Experience supporting U.S. Government ISR operations or defense programs in Latin America (preferred) • Background working with DoD, DOS, or interagency partners involved in regional ISR operations (preferred) • Experience managing contractors or partner organizations within large-scale defense missions (preferred) • TS/SCI clearance (preferred)
