📋 Description

• Prepare fully compliant cost models • Coordinate pricing review meetings • Read and understand RFPs and prepare clarifying questions related to pricing and price submission • Participate in cost model peer-review processes and ensure quality control before submission to the government • Assist the Contracts team with Cost Narrative • Develop subcontractor pricing requirements and data calls in coordination with the subcontracts team • Perform analysis, modeling, and what-if analysis for management decision-making • Proactively engage on assigned bids and raise issues early for mitigation and disposition • Maintain complete and orderly files to ensure an audit-ready posture • Perform additional assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years’ experience in pricing, accounting, business, or finance with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Operations, Business Administration, or related field • Alternatively, a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience • General understanding of the DoD/government contracting environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel • Basic proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint • Attentive to detail and highly organized • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines • Preferred: government contracting-related experience, preferably in pricing or a related role • Preferred: advanced proficiency in MS Excel • Preferred: experience presenting financial data to senior-level leadership
