📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training and change management programs • Drive user readiness across a large, geographically dispersed community (approximately 3,000–4,000 users) • Design and deliver training programs to train all levels of personnel • Develop tests and visual aids, conduct training classes, and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities • Develop in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide training strategies, curricula, and materials for the new Case Development Modernization platform • Design and implement comprehensive change management plans to support the transition from legacy DSAMS processes to modernized systems • Conduct training needs assessments and develop role-based training paths • Deliver training to diverse audiences including MILDEPs and other Security Cooperation stakeholders, both in-person and virtually • Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and development teams in a SAFe Agile environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field • 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field • High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience • Extensive experience designing and delivering training programs and change management initiatives for large-scale enterprise system implementations • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, etc.), and e-learning development tools • Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies in complex government or defense environments • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and technical users • Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team settings • Self-motivated initiator with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
