📋 Description

• Own end-to-end D2C logistics for Webshop and Amazon across the USA and Canada • Run daily fulfilment and outbound logistics from order processing through final delivery, including last-mile delivery, returns and issue resolution • Resolve exceptions quickly so customers do not experience operational friction • Contribute to planning and implementing the overall logistics strategy • Manage and scale a multi-3PL network, including ramping up the newly launched US operation • Own SLAs, performance reviews and capacity planning across logistics partners • Serve as the daily operational contact for 3PLs and carriers • Own inbound transportation from factories, including China and Vietnam, to regional warehouses • Lead inbound carrier selection, route design, rate negotiation and cost-to-serve optimisation • Coordinate freight booking, shipping schedules and handover to logistics partners • Manage customs clearance processes and import documentation • Ensure product integrity for devices sensitive to temperature, humidity and pressure • Maintain inventory visibility across warehouses and sales channels • Coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts and excess inventory • Define and track logistics KPIs including OTIF, lead time, cost per shipment and return rate • Report logistics KPIs so the business can act on them • Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Quality and Customer Service • Operate as an individual contributor without direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in logistics, fulfilment or supply chain operations, ideally in D2C or ecommerce and international distribution • Proven experience managing 3PLs, carriers and cross-border shipments • Solid working knowledge of last-mile delivery, Amazon fulfilment and international shipping fundamentals • Hands-on experience with logistics or ERP tools • Strong analytical skills • Excellent English, written and spoken • USA based • Must be authorised to work in the United States • Willing to travel occasionally to warehouses in Switzerland, Germany, UK, Canada, Australia and the USA • BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field is nice to have; equivalent practical experience counts just as much • Chinese is nice to have • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or other quality-regulated logistics is nice to have • Experience setting up logistics operations in a new market is nice to have • Self-starter who thrives in a scale-up without a large support structure • Strong execution mindset and attention to detail • Ability to keep several issues moving in parallel and prioritise well under pressure • Clear communication, ownership and solution-oriented approach
