📋 Description

• Lead program management strategy and execution for a global, high-value Hilton program • Lead regular program syncs and steering committee meetings • Monitor and report program KPIs, status, and risks • Resolve cross-team blockers and escalate issues as needed • Guide and support project managers, change managers, and program team members • Manage team members and direct their work • Bridge executive leadership, strategy/business, product/technology, and other teams • Translate program progress into progress against Hilton's strategic and commercial objectives • Align roadmaps, dependencies, delivery, and resources across departments • Collaborate on budget planning, resource allocation, hiring forecasts, and vendor contracts • Own program business case management • Own program steering committee, governance, and council activities • Own program charters and execution plans • Own status reports, executive dashboards, and risk assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Ten (10) years of professional work experience • Five (5) years of work experience in program management, project management, organizational change management, or a combination of these • Ability to travel up to 20% • PMP, PgMP, Agile, PROSCI/CCMP, or similar certification would be useful • Experience using PROSCI methodology, tools, principles, and application • Understanding and validated experience applying the ADKAR model • Proficiency in Smartsheet or other project planning tools • Hospitality experience would be useful
