📋 Description

• Process documentation for Change of Ownership (COO), relicensing, and room additions • Track Product Improvement Plans (PIPs) progress to ensure readiness for Franchise License Agreement (FLA) distribution • Coordinate with Legal Development to track and support the franchise application process • Support relicensing decisions and collaborate with brand and development teams to assess expiring licenses and plan replacements • Help negotiate and prepare term sheets for franchised properties • Work with Brand, owners, buyers, brokers, third-party management companies, lenders, outside legal counsel, and escrow companies to develop procedures for complex franchise-related issues • Process Change of Ownership and relicensing applications with owners, buyers, and sellers • Represent Hilton at industry events to foster franchise owner relationships • Partner with Brand teams to resolve franchise agreement issues • Participate in Distressed Assets and Quality Assurance Committee meetings • Maintain departmental reports and ad hoc updates for senior leadership • Schedule meetings with owners, brokers, management companies, and Hilton departments

🎯 Requirements

• One (1) year of work experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industry • Experience with franchise relicensing and contract management service processes • Travel as required • Experience using Salesforce is useful
