📋 Description

• Support team members by troubleshooting issues and providing technical advice • Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support • Configure and build the system database • Set up hardware and system interfaces • Migrate hotels from the retired PMS, ensuring all data is imported to PEP • Onboard new Associates through training on all aspects of projects and tasks • Guide Associates and liaise with the Manager to support Associate development • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues • Own multiple stages of remote and onsite PEP deployments, including communication, configuration, database build, data migration, interface testing, and training • Perform project management duties in the absence of Project Managers • Report to the Manager, Property Engagement Platform

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field • Two (2) years of work experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems • Understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS and interfaces • Willingness to travel up to 80% • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience • Five (5) or more years of professional experience in Technology or a related field preferred • Experience as a successful systems installer preferred • Knowledge of point of sale systems, networking, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, and JSON preferred • Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems preferred • Bilingual ability preferred
