📋 Description

• Serve as a primary customer contact by phone, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support • Manage escalated phone calls, de-escalate frustrated customers, and drive issues to resolution • Support customers via email and EMR messaging for non-medical inquiries • Maintain productivity and quality standards across all interactions • Navigate multiple customer service platforms and tools during live calls • Collaborate with agents and CX leadership to resolve complex or escalated issues • Participate in ongoing training and development • Meet or exceed service and performance goals, especially call quality and resolution metrics • Escalate medically related inquiries to appropriate clinical teams • Become a subject matter expert on Hims & Hers products and offerings • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally phone-heavy or in healthcare, including handling escalated or difficult calls • 2+ years working from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment • High school diploma or equivalent • Exceptional, empathetic customer service skills under pressure • Strong verbal communication and calm, clear phone presence • Solid written skills for email and EMR support • Comfortable multitasking across phone systems and multiple digital platforms simultaneously • Positive, team-oriented attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced setting • Commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Ability to work autonomously and stay engaged with a remote team • Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
