📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members, focused on sales, education, and enrollment • Guide individuals through Dual Special Needs Plan options, helping them understand Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility • Support prospects through the enrollment process with clarity, accuracy, and a high level of care • Meet performance expectations around sales goals, call quality, conversion metrics, and schedule adherence • Keep communication current with your supervisor and team • Attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season • Work the assigned production schedule, including at least one weekend day per week during AEP • Work in a seasonal role running through AEP/OEP

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life license • Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience • Comfortable working across multiple software systems • Strong communicator with a service-first approach • Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP • Home office setup that meets remote work requirements • Willing to complete a background check • Basic computer skills and tech knowledge • Telesales or contact center experience preferred • Familiarity with Medicare DSNP preferred
