📋 Description

• Own group-level and organization-level strategic programs with ambiguous scope and high risk from initial framing through delivery • Design execution frameworks and operating models, including planning cadences, program reviews, and cross-team operating rhythms • Resolve systemic blockers and drive long-range planning rigor • Balance short-term priorities against long-term strategic direction • Maintain roadmap and OKR alignment across the organization • Operate as a technical integrator across domains • Identify architectural misalignments and system- or platform-level risks • Shape technical roadmaps and build-vs-buy decisions • Align engineering, product, and business constraints • Influence technical investment decisions that unlock capabilities or improve user outcomes • Partner strategically with cross-functional peers across multiple organizations • Shut down programs or redirect resources when appropriate for the business • Mentor other TPMs • Contribute to team growth through interviewing, sourcing, and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, including time operating at the group or organizational level • Background in a highly technical, fast-paced product or platform environment; healthtech a plus • Demonstrated success designing and scaling execution frameworks for programs with ambiguous scope and high risk • Broad technical fluency across systems and architecture • Judgment to identify cross-domain risk and influence engineering tradeoffs • Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable, multi-team roadmaps • Proven ability to deliver through influence while making hard calls when needed • Track record of formally mentoring or developing other TPMs • Direct involvement in growing the team through interviewing and sourcing • Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree required • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
