📋 Description
• Represent national and international insurance clients across complex coverage areas • Handle bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters • Manage a diverse and challenging caseload • Take on significant responsibilities from the start • Work collaboratively within the Insurance Services group
🎯 Requirements
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar in good standing • Experience defending first-party and third-party litigation matters is ideal • Civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts is preferred • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills • Submit a resume and unofficial law school transcript • Direct applicants only; recruiter candidates are not accepted
