📋 Description

• Lead nursing operations, client partnerships, and AI product development in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer • Own day-to-day nursing operations across production and evaluation environments • Manage a team of nurses • Establish and maintain clinical protocols, workflows, and quality standards aligned with regulatory requirements and patient-safety commitments • Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement • Translate nursing expertise into technical requirements and shape AI training-data strategy • Support enterprise sales cycles with clinical credibility • Represent the company at nursing conferences and through media, public speaking, and publications • Represent nursing expertise in customer meetings and executive engagements • Partner with sales, customer success, and clinical teams to address client needs • Serve as a subject matter expert on nursing practice, workflows, and scope of care • Explain technology integration with nursing and clinical workflows • Translate nursing knowledge and operational insights into product requirements and feature priorities • Contribute to nursing-specific AI capabilities and nurse co-pilot design • Lead discovery with CNOs, nurse managers, and bedside nurses • Partner with health systems to redesign staffing ratios, acuity-based assignments, shift handoff, and escalation protocols • Build and lead a nursing transformation practice with playbooks, implementation resources, and outcome measurement frameworks • Define success metrics and report clinical and operational impact

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing • BSN required • 10+ years of nursing leadership experience • At least 5+ years of experience across diverse care settings, including managing virtual workforce • Direct P&L responsibility across multiple cost centers or operational lines • Leadership experience in nursing operations with responsibility for P&L management • Experience working directly with product, engineering, data science, sales, or customer success • Experience designing or scaling a clinical implementation, quality improvement, or workflow transformation program • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate clinical concepts into operational and product requirements • Experience establishing or improving clinical protocols, workflows, or quality improvement programs • Track record of operational transformation in health systems • Ability to operate across clinical, technical, and executive contexts • MSN, DNP, or equivalent advanced nursing degree preferred • 2+ years of nursing leadership experience outside a traditional hospital or health system preferred, specifically in health-tech, digital health, AI/ML-enabled care, or clinical operations product companies • Track record of working effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, cross-functional environments preferred • Experience building or scaling a clinical implementation function preferred
