• Own executive-level client relationships and serve as the primary strategic advisor. • Lead delivery across multiple retainer accounts from planning through execution. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Design, Email & CRM. • Manage project scope, priorities, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Improve internal processes and operational workflows. • Ensure consistent quality across all client deliverables. • Identify account growth opportunities and contribute to client retention. • Partner directly with agency leadership to scale operations.
• At least 5–10+ years in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency. • Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market client accounts. • Experience leading cross-functional digital teams. • Strong project and delivery management skills. • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication. • Comfortable discussing SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, Email Marketing and Analytics. • Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira or similar PM platforms. • Ability to work during US Central Time business hours.
