• Serve as a clinical expert during system implementation, physician onboarding, and live procedure support • Partner with Account Managers to ensure alignment on account readiness, utilization goals, and growth opportunities • Lead on-site execution during new site launches and technology integrations, ensuring a seamless clinical experience • Identify and share clinical insights to enhance performance, workflow, and overall outcomes • Support cross-functional collaboration between Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to advance adoption and procedural excellence • Maintain strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders • Drive ongoing optimization at existing sites to support procedural growth and sustainability
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field preferred • 3+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support (imaging, ultrasound, or robotic experience preferred) • Proven ability to drive clinical adoption and support procedural success • Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic), including overnights as required • Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, immunizations)
