• Accountable for the overall HR contribution in partnership with factory HR Business Partners • Collaborate with management to set the people strategy • Develop talent outcomes, support business goals • Oversee and drive relevant people capabilities • Ensure compliance with global and local HR standards and processes • Build performance culture, KPIs, and targets • Implement necessary measures to facilitate change
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, labor law, organizational behavior or business-related field • Minimum 10 years of Human Resource Business Partner experience • Experience in manufacturing environment and in leadership positions • Experience in Industrial relations / labor relations is a plus • Strong track record in organizational and talent development • Result oriented and strategic mindset • Initiative paired with strong communication (verbal/written) and influencing skills • Ability to partner with senior managers • Flexibility and strong team working / collaborating • Strong analytical skills, data driven decision making
