📋 Description

• Perform complex field service operations with strong technical skills • Deliver outstanding services remotely or on-site, including installation, maintenance, and repairs • Exceed customer expectations by understanding and anticipating their needs • Troubleshoot equipment failures and proactively prevent issues • Identify and resolve electrical or mechanical problems with minimal assistance • Develop potential sales and business opportunities through customer knowledge • Suggest product and process improvements to enhance operations • Lead field service projects and provide direction and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes • Trade education and experience in Industrial Mechanic and Electrical trades • College or university diploma/degree in a technical field (electrical or mechanical engineering) is an asset • Over 5 years of experience in technical field service work with power/mechanical equipment • Hands-on experience with substation construction, high voltage equipment, and electrical testing • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and test equipment software • Current driver's license valid in the US and ability to work in the US • Ability to travel to the US, Canada, and Mexico • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skills • Fluent in English • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
