📋 Description

• Manage an assigned service territory in the greater Concord, NH area • Visit commercial and consumer customer locations • Diagnose and troubleshoot networking, electrical, and mechanical issues with fitness equipment and entertainment consoles • Repair fitness equipment and conduct preventative maintenance • Build relationships with customers and sales partners • Proactively complete service while on-site • Manage daily workload and scheduling • Track service metrics including tasks per day, customer resolution time, and first-time fix rate • Travel the assigned territory primarily via company-provided van • Manage spare-parts inventory and replenishment • Coordinate disposition of exchanged parts and minimize shrinkage • Maintain the company-supplied vehicle • Maintain accurate service records and field equipment reports • Complete expense reports promptly • Attend installations and regional trade shows • Work in compliance with Life Fitness Health & Safety procedures • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience providing technical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair services on fitness equipment or products of equivalent complexity • High school diploma or GED required • Associate's degree in electronics or technical degree preferred • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work independently in a deadline-driven remote environment • Proficiency diagnosing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical, networking, and audio/visual technologies • Strong working knowledge of WiFi connectivity, power electronics, digital/analog circuits, and AC/DC power systems • Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, results orientation, and accountability • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience with Oracle or comparable ERP preferred • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook • Ability to lift 50–100 pounds, push and pull equipment, and carry up to 50 pounds for 100 feet • Ability to stand, bend, and/or kneel for up to two hours at a time • Valid state driver's license • Ability and willingness to travel up to 85% by automobile and occasionally by airplane
