• Define and implement training strategies aligned with HUB and product line objectives • Ensure governance and compliance with training standards across all sites • Audit site training systems to assess maturity and identify improvements • Coach and mentor site training leaders to build capability and resilience • Collaborate with HUB managers and stakeholders for operational alignment • Drive continuous improvement using lean principles and ITM tools • Monitor KPIs and report on training effectiveness and workforce development • Conduct on-site assessments and participate in monthly operations reviews
• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or related field • Minimum 8 years in training leadership roles, including multi-site responsibility • Hands-on experience with lean management systems • Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and critical-to-quality standards • Proven ability to lead change and foster collaboration across diverse teams • Preferred: Professional certifications (CPTD, CPLP), ISO 9001 familiarity, LMS expertise
