📋 Description

• Review and perform quality assurance on IT audits and security assessments • Ensure the quality and integrity of HITRUST certifications • Work with assessors to evaluate certification products and prevent rubber-stamping • Apply security risk management, analysis, and assessment concepts • Manage multiple assessments simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities • Organize and track project tasks • Perform assigned duties independently under minimal supervision while working within a team environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience performing and reviewing IT audits, including infrastructure audits, IT security reviews, IT general controls reviews, and SOC 2 reports • Strong knowledge of security risk management, analysis, and assessment concepts and their application • Strong knowledge of technology platforms such as UNIX, Windows Server, AWS, networks, and infrastructure • Understanding of AI security concepts, risks, governance, and controls • Understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) concepts • Technical proficiency and ability to perform duties independently under minimal supervision in a team environment • Ability to manage multiple assessments simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to develop and apply complex concepts • Interpersonal project management skills and ability to organize and track project tasks • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Preferred: public accounting experience in an IT audit role • Preferred: familiarity with HITRUST CSF, NIST, ISO, COBIT, ITIL, or another security framework methodology • Preferred: HITRUST certifications such as CCSFP and CHQP • Preferred: CISA, HCISPP, CISM, CIA, CISSP, or similar certification
