📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to attorneys and legal professionals • Assess practice needs, identifying workflow and technology pain points • Spearhead ongoing awareness and adoption of KM tools and practices • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner to legal professionals and clients • Monitor legal tech trends and advise colleagues on emerging tools and best practices • Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes • Prepare reports and presentations for KM and firm leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • J.D. preferred • At least 5 years of experience in the legal industry • Familiarity with change management, project management, and process improvement • Familiarity with real estate legal work or transactional practice environments is preferred • Proficiency in communicating complex concepts and their value in tangible, easily understood terms (technology and legal concepts) to a variety of stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
