📋 Description

• Support PHM’s Account Management team with administrative and transactional responsibilities • Support recurring account needs, including monthly and quarterly meeting preparation and renewals • Support smaller revenue-generating PHM clients and take on increasing account ownership • Improve Salesforce data quality and expand the team’s use of Salesforce • Create reporting to help Account Executives manage work and accounts • Maintain and improve Salesforce information and contribute to expanded Salesforce capabilities • Work across Salesforce, Sigma, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office 365, and Zoom • Learn PHM’s account management processes and navigate evolving, undocumented processes • Help maintain timely, accurate execution and increase team capacity as the business grows

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organization and ability to keep multiple details and priorities moving • Proactive communication skills with clear and timely follow-through • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to learn quickly • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work • Experience or exposure to benefits, insurance, or digital health is nice to have • Must live in and physically perform all work in the United States
