📋 Description

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including MNHP and LCSWs • Offer expert consultation on complex cases, treatment planning, and medication management as needed • Ensure adherence to best practices, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards in mental health service delivery • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes • Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative mental health interventions • Work 5–10 hours per month, with potential to increase

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Board certification in Psychiatry • Active and unrestricted licensure in Utah • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a psychiatrist • Strong background in evidence-based practices • Experience with SUD/MAT strongly preferred • Must reside in Utah • Active or eligible medical staff privileges at an Intermountain Health facility in Utah, or ability to obtain privileges prior to start date • Effective communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, compassion, empathy, resilience, curiosity, and strong moral compass
