📋 Description

• Lead the Training and Awareness Team with day-to-day direction, prioritization, and technical leadership • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Cybersecurity Manager and help translate strategy into prioritized initiatives • Drive the Human Risk Management transformation, platform roadmap adoption, and capability rollouts • Serve as acting manager when the Manager is unavailable • Collect, evaluate, and track cyber threat intelligence from multiple sources • Analyze threat actor behavior and social engineering TTPs, including spear-phishing, pretexting, MFA fatigue, vishing, AI-driven impersonation, and deepfakes • Deliver recurring threat-landscape briefings • Own applied threat intelligence and translate it into simulation themes, awareness content, and training recommendations • Identify high-risk populations using simulation, malicious email, DLP, and insider-risk signals • Build data-backed cases for adaptive learning, real-time triggers, and deepfake/vishing capabilities • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the simulation platform managed-service resource and vendor • Design realistic, threat-informed social engineering simulations • Recommend content for broad, targeted, seasonal, and high-risk-period awareness campaigns • Collaborate with SOC, CTI, Incident Response, Threat Detection, DLP, Communications, and other stakeholder teams • Deliver threat-informed briefings, trend metrics, risk insights, and KPIs to cybersecurity leadership • Improve team processes, tools, handoffs, and documentation • Advise Training on emerging threats and evolving compliance and role-based training content • Informally mentor Analyst I/II and Senior Analyst team members

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum 8 years of work experience • Deep cyber threat intelligence expertise • Experience analyzing threat actor behavior and social engineering TTPs mapped to MITRE ATT&CK • Experience with OSINT, internal, vendor, commercial, and technical intelligence sources • Experience with security awareness, human risk management, simulations, and awareness campaigns • Experience with DLP, insider-risk signals, and policy-violation indicators • Preferred: 2+ years of previous leadership experience • Ability to lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance without formal people-management authority • Must be able to work independently and exercise sound judgment on ambiguous problems
